Simon Tye is a wildlife biologist. He has studied rapid animal die-offs, bat ecology, beaver ecology, the natural flow regime of the Gila River, and natural history of Great Plains animals. Beyond work, he aims to help save nature, help the poor, and advocate for global equality, especially economic equality. To whomever found this website, I hope you are happy, healthy, and at peace.

Simon is currently searching for employment opportunities with impactful conservation organizations. His recent work includes research featured on National Public Radio's Science Friday and Nature Podcast, graphic design work for the American Society of Naturalists, social commentary in Science for the People, and some quotes in The New Republic. He has also created outreach websites about animal die-offs (Animal Mortalities) and, along with his brother and renowned historian Dr. Nathan Tye, a ghost town where their grandparents were born (Sopris, Colorado).
